The room comes with a queen size bed, comfortable newer mattress, smart TV, desk, chair, fan, large closet, bedding, sheets, and basic essentials. Utilities, internet, kitchen supplies, balcony access, barbecue, and shared common areas are included. You also get beautiful city views, Granville Street views, and partial water views from both the bedroom and the patio.

The place has a really good vibe. It is clean, peaceful, respectful, and easy to live in. The apartment is fully set up with a large kitchen, cookware, dishes, utensils, dining table, shared living space, and room for groceries. There is also a punching bag and pull up bar if you like staying active. Morning workouts on the patio are amazing here, especially in the summer. You can have your coffee, get some fresh air, enjoy the city view, and start the day with good energy.

The home is shared with respectful, easygoing people. During part of July, the landlord will be away, so you would mostly be sharing the place with one other person. He works a lot and is rarely home, so the apartment usually feels very quiet and never crowded. Fitness World is right downstairs, Body Energy Club is nearby, and you are surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, transit, and everything happening downtown. I have honestly really enjoyed living here, and the only reason I am moving is because I ruptured my Achilles and downtown has become harder for me while I recover. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who will enjoy the space and treat it like home.
