The large room is $1200 also including utilities and internet. Parking is included, but it is tandem parking so some co-ordination wrt to the order of the cars is needed between roommates. Parking is also available close by along a sideroad. A shared backyard is included. On the bus route.

I am the property owner and I manage the property myself, I do not live there. I am an older woman with LGBTQ+ kids. I am very responsive and available for issues like repairs. One middle aged, very clean, quiet gentleman is currently living there. In order to maintain a peaceful environment for all roomies, I require the space to be clean and a reasonable level of quiet.
