Female roommate wanted for a two-storey home just up from the Niagara River in Fort Erie in a very quiet neighbourhood. There are TWO private second floor bedrooms available at $850 each (utilities/internet included and use of laundry machines) to rent. These rooms are furnished with a new queen size bed and each have key locks to keep your contents safe. There are 3 floors of living space. Note, I have three friendly cats. I lead a healthy lifestyle (no drugs/no alcohol) and work full time. Perfume-free and Smoke-free but you may spray perfume in your room. The newly renovated upstairs bathroom does have a tub. All rooms have closets.

Looking for quiet, clean, female roommates who also work full time, attend school full-time, on a co-op program, or on ODSP with a minor disability. First and last month’s rent. The last month’s rent will secure your room. An employment letter, acceptance of college program, or proof is income is required. We will be sharing the full home and the responsibilities of the home (no extra costs). There will be a signed lease agreement (4-6 month, a year, or adjusted to your school program).
