About the room
On August 14, I am moving into a two-storey home just up from the Niagara River in Fort Erie in a very quiet neighbourhood. There are three private second floor bedrooms available at $850 each (utilities/internet included) to rent September 1. These rooms will now be furnished. Note, I have three cats. I lead a healthy lifestyle (no drugs/no alcohol) and work full time. Perfume-free and Smoke-free but you may spray perfume in your room. The newly renovated upstairs bathroom does have a tub. All rooms have closets and the slightly smaller room has built in drawers.

- Blue/white Room faces front yard

About the roomies
Looking for quiet, clean, female roommates who also work full time or go to school full time. First and last month’s rent. The last month’s rent will secure your room. An employment letter or acceptance of college program is required. We will be sharing the full home and the responsibilities of the home (no extra costs). There will be a signed lease agreement (6 month, a year, or adjusted to your school program). We can together repaint your room to a light colour that you prefer prior to moving in.
