About the room

This bright, inviting, and strictly non-smoking room features abundant natural light from multiple large windows, soft neutral carpeting, freshly repainted beige-tan walls, and a spacious white bi-fold closet for ample storage. While window coverings are included, please note that the space is being rented entirely unfurnished, giving you a clean slate to bring your own furniture and truly make it your own.

Alongside the bedroom, you will have access to a fully usable shared kitchen and a beautifully maintained bathroom, both of which are professionally cleaned every three weeks to keep your living environment fresh and effortless. The kitchen features gorgeous wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, while the bathroom comes complete with durable earth-toned tile flooring, a rich wood vanity, and a full tub-and-shower combo. For your personal storage, you will also have convenient access to your own dedicated full-size refrigerator and a designated pantry shelf located in the garage, which is located just steps away from the kitchen. There is also convenient street parking available right outside.

About the roomies

You will be sharing the home with two quiet, working males. I am a 30-year-old who works full-time and lives upstairs on the same level where your room is located, making it easy to touch base if you ever need anything. My dad is 56 years old and lives downstairs in his own space. He is frequently upstairs throughout the day to use the shared kitchen and access the garage. We both value a peaceful, relaxed household and look forward to welcoming a like-minded housemate!
