About the room
Hello! We are seeking someone to rent out the third bedroom in our townhouse (open to all genders). The room is located on the second floor, alongside both other bedrooms, and has a spacious closet. The room is 9’10“ x 9’5“ with the additional 4’10“ x 2’2“ closet, and faces the forested backyard with no rear neighbours. We have 2 living areas, one on the main floor and one in the basement , 1 half bathroom, 1 full bathroom, a dining area, a gym area (in progress), in-unit washer and dryer and a private backyard. We are an end unit of a townhouse complex that is a 5 minute drive/25 minute bus ride to Algonquin college. The 700 dollar deposit is just last months rent and the move in date is flexible :)
About the roomies
We are 2 couples, aged 22 to 25 all either in school (uottawa) and/or working. We love animals and have 1 large friendly dog, 2 kittens and 2 aquariums (so far). We have lived here for almost a year now and are tidy, laidback and friendly. We all grew up in Ottawa and have known each other for a long time. We will be happy to answer any questions about ourselves or the property so send them our way and we will get back to you ASAP.
