My roommates and I are looking for ONE WOMAN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18 AND 30 to live with us in a beautiful, spacious house located in the welcoming neighbourhood of Champfleury.

We are all in school or working full-time, so we are looking for someone with a similar schedule and lifestyle.

Internet and electricity are included in the rent. Parking may also be available. The house is located about 15 minutes by bus from Montmorency metro station, and the bus stop itself is only about a 15-second walk from the house. Downtown Montreal is approximately 40 minutes away by public transit.
