I am looking for a responsible, respectful roommate who is employed or a student, and in need of quality accomodation. The condo is 10 years old, clean and homey with in-suite laundry, balcony and a bathroom to share with one other person. Bus very close, skytrain within a few stops, groceries, services, mall, etc. Partially to fully furnished as needed.

Must love animals as I have 2 well-behaved chihuahuas. Dog with roommate is an option once they all meet. 🐕

NO drugs, addictions, etc. Provide references.

Common space includes living room, dining are and, of course kitchen with electrical appliances.

References required. Damage deposit $325, pet deposit $200, single occupant only. Deposit required to secure room, nonrefundable without 30 days notice.
