These are 2 single rooms for 2 people with large windows to fit a large queen size bed, a study table and a chair. Spacious kitchen and dinning area, furnished living room. Great for students and or working individuals.

I am a Christian, an older adult, gentle, single, loves to sing and dance, enjoys going for a walk, love music but not a friend to loud music or environment, enjoy being in a clean environment, work part time. My adult children are independently living on their own. The tenants in the basement are fairly new here, this is a couple with 1 child, parents are currently visiting, I am still getting to know them. They are more into themselves. Somewhat quiet.
