Strictly non-party house, no drugs, no outside guests, no smoking. Pet Negotiable. $5 each wash and dry. Most utilities included. Possible, full circuit weight gym privileges 2x weekly.

Summer: Weekly rate: $1000 per person for July/August. (Includes wifi and all utilities and barbecue smoker usage and outside covered deck, dining furniture.

National 3400 acre Park just a stroll down the road.

Possible: Full weight circuit gym privileges potential option, two times per week. Hot tub privileged two times per week Saturday Sunday.
