We’re looking for 1 roommate to move in September 1st! The room is $700 per month, and that includes all utilities. Here are the details:

Location: Close to lots of public transportation, just a 5-minute walk from Durham College and Ontario Tech University campus.

Private Bedroom: The private bedroom is upstairs. It is not furnished.

Shared Bathroom: The upstairs bathroom is shared with two roommates. (With Colton & Arjan)

Half Bathroom: There is also a half-bathroom on the main floor for extra convenience.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, toaster, air fryer, microwave, fridge, and freezers. Shared with the entire house.

Living Room: Currently used by our roommate Amy (she has a broken knee and is recovering on the main floor).

In Unit Laundry: Washer and Dryer in the basement, not coin operated.

** Wifi is available, it is not included in monthly rent, the price of the wifi is $29 per month!

We have 3 cats, so we ask that you don’t bring any pets.

There is one parking spot available for a smaller-ish vehicle!

This is a single occupancy, no couples.
