hey, my apartment is on the top fourth floor of the building in the corner. there is lots of windows and light coming in. the area is surrounded by nature and neighbourhood. there is a kitchen, balcony, living room, and dining room space we share. the room im offering also comes with a balcony and the door has a stained glass window. skytrain and bus station is a 5 minute walk, transport is really easy. the mall is a 15 minute walk. the strata comes with a pool and gym :) also free parking space.
