The area is served by several bus routes such as #134, #144 (SFU/Metrotown) and #136. Skytrain’s Sperling Station is very close to it also (4 minutes via bus# 144 or 18 minutes walk); Only 25 minutes’ transit ride (door to door) to downtown Vancouver or downtown Surrey ! Near a park, many tennis/pickleball courts are nearby and a swimming pool/cabana in the complex. It has a fairly new dryer/washer in the in-suite laundry. Very family-friendly, quiet and safe area. Ample free street parking is available around the apartment block. Wireless Internet included I am the owner, a compassionate human being and do not smoke/drink, no parties, very quiet, and do not have any pets.
