About the room

House on drinkwater road. We have a room available for rent and I’m looking for a buddy. 650$ a month plus power (about 50 bucks a month). Access to whole house basically. Laundry machines, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, shower, nice big back yard, patio. The house is very well kept. You must absolutely be able to pay rent every month on time. Landlord is super friendly and laid back.
