The address is on Kay st, Victoria BC. This is in Saanich within a 3 minute walk to the Red Barn Market on Vanalman Rd. and I find this location very convenient to access the Pat Bay Highway or to get downtown or head out to Langford, your on any highway in a couple minutes or less. Also very easy to stop at home throughout the day on your way elsewhere. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and an office space off the kitchen- bright with south facing windows, big window inch bedroom. Bedrooms have closets with doors, house has hardwood floors except the bedrooms are carpeted. Big deck off the second floor kitchen with sun until 2-4 pm with shade afterwards which is optimal to gain a break from the afternoon heat. Bright fairly spacious upper floor with room for someone to place a couch and side tables etc. patios and yards available to us in the front and back of the house. Im going to be installing some gardens shortly which will have most of the space available to the roommates

That said- I want my roommates to feel free to live their best lives and make a home for themselves where we can all feel comfortable to move through our lives comfortably and as we all see fit. Life without restrictions surrounding us in our home is much more enjoyable and freeing. We all enjoy being able to move smoothly and effectively move throughout our days and home and this space is setup for just that.

There is ample parking for an additional 2 vehicles on the property at the front of the house. So if a roommate has both work and personal vehicles there is room to accommodate that.

I have a fairly large compliment of cookware and electric food prep/cooking devices available to use. There is a new Blackstone BBQ on the porch you may use. There is a large deep freeze Chest style freezer awaiting roommates frozen good so lots of space for cold food storage available as you wish. Large laundry room off the garage to use. I have not purchased patio/porch furniture yet so there is room if someone has that to bring.

It is a beautiful and bright space, with enough room for additional furniture (within reason) and im flexible and almost always willing to make accommodations for people and their needs/requests so if your on the fence weather or not the space will work with what you have it’s likely we can make things work.

I work as as inspection technician away about 7 months of the year for 2 day to 1 month stretches depending on our client’s needs. I live a health oriented lifestyle and when i’m home i’m out and about lots tending to my garden 15 minutes away from the rental house, out with friends or helping friends and family with projects and properties, at the gym or away camping or chasing storms and powder in winter. i’m easy going and am kind and caring, flexible and considerate with a passion for levelling up in life and keeping the vibes high and helping friends and family. I have had a wide variety of interest over the years always researching and self educating, these days its largely commodities investment focused. I don’t watch TV and neither does Cay so there is not a TV currently here but there is room for one.
