4 other women (usually 5 but there is a second room available right now as well). All young women who are working professionals/students from outside of Canada. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part, but we try to have a bit of a cleaning schedule when it comes to sweeping/mopping the shared main floor. The landlord (Ali) is extremely kind & helpful whenever you need him. I’ve been living here for 6 months and would happily continue if I could. Not perfect, but nowhere is. It’s an absolutely amazing price for the current economy, and the location (especially regarding public transit) is unbeatable.
