About the room

Room now available for occupancy. Attention professionals and contractors who are coming to Parry Sound for a WORK or STUDY contract. We are located in Parry Sound, near downtown, beach and trails. We are 1.8 kilometres from the West Parry Sound Health Centre. We have been hosting guests for over 8 years. They have worked in health, law, justice, plumbing, electrical, construction, biology field work, education to name a few. We have a room available now. Please be advised we DO NOT, at any time, offer rooms to be shared by two people. The guest house rooms are for single occupancy only, without exception. You will be welcomed to a safe, secure and clean short or long term stay – whether it be nightly, monthly or for longer than three months. We have had guests stay for more than two years. The guest house offers shared bathroom and kitchenette for your accommodation and food preparation needs. We supply bedding, linens, utilities, dishes, appliances and pots/pans. Your consumable products are your responsibility, such as toiletries and personal items. As a guest house we are exempt from the Residential Tenancies Act. Fees for one guest occupying one room are as follows: Nightly is $120 per night (vehicle parking included). Monthly if you require for only one or two months is $1600 per month. Monthly if you require three months minimum is $1100 per month. Do you have a vehicle? Parking fee is $50 per month. We request a one time exit clean fee due on arrival for your minimum three month stay at $175. Full payment due on booking for nightly and up to two months. First and last month deposit is due on booking for minimum three months occupancy. A full application with list of details is provided to assist you in making decision. Guests appreciate quiet at all times. No visitors are permitted. The guest house is located on the second and third floor of a century home. Utilities and wifi are included.
