I am moving out of this amazing condo and I am posting this ad to help my wonderful roommate secure another roommate. She has my wholehearted endorsement: Clean, nice, great to live with! Please note only female tenants will be considered.
September move-in. You can keep as much of the bedroom furniture as you want, or none of it!
You will be getting the master bedroom, so you will have your own bathroom as well as a walk-in closet.
Please note you will be sharing the apartment with a cat. (One of the photos shows a dog, but that dog no longer lives in this unit!)
