The room is in a beautiful, clean, and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The property is located near a grocery store, drug store, and a gym and many other necessities within walking distance. The room can be unfurnished if preferred.

The condo will be shared with me. I’m an introverted, friendly, sociable, respectful, responsible, and quiet working professional, who works from home. My room/office may get a little messy at times but I will always keep all shared spaces neat. I enjoy cooking, baking, good food in general :), movies, bike rides, working out at the gym, going to art galleries and events in the downtown core, and occasionally hosting family and/or friends. I value open communication and mutual respect, in keeping harmony and peace.
