There’s no smoking allowed in the apartment building but there’s smoking areas outside on the apartment property.
I am a full-time student who values a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. I take pride in being responsible, organized, and considerate of my neighbors. The property will be occupied by me only, and I live a low-key lifestyle focused on work, school, and maintaining a comfortable home. I do not smoke, and I always treat the places I live with care and respect.
