Looking for 1 male roomie to occupy the extra bedroom in our 3-bed/2-bath condo suite. Rent is $1125/month + hydro (Everything else is included) We are on the 11th floor with a stunning view, along with a spacious living area and well equipped kitchen. The building also has a large gym, hot tub, sauna, and swimming pool. Room is furnished with a comfortable double/full bed from Ikea. I can also provide a small desk if needed! Property is located behind Metrotown (Station Square) and is diagonal to Crystal Mall.
A little about us: We are 2 Asian males in our late 30’s who enjoy working out regularly. We both work full-time and prefer to find a roomie who is on the same wave length when it comes to prioritizing fitness, is career focused but knows how to have fun, and helps maintain the cleanliness of the shared spaces. (E.g. washing the dishes after use or helping take out the recycling and garbage) I’m quite particular about this because I’ve had past roommates who claimed to be “clean” but were the exact opposite.
