Hi! I am looking for a flatmate as our current one is moving out. Location: Pace Condos, 159 Dundas street East. Walkable to TMU station, and everything you might ever need in the city. Rest of the house comes fully furnished, with a fully loaded kitchen and we are happy to work with you to help you make the space your own. (swapping out furniture pieces, putting up your art, making space for your kitchen items etc). We have a cleaner bot that to help with the chores :)

The rent includes water and heat. Hydro and internet will come out to 25-50 per head depending on connection and electricity usage. (so we’d pay a larger share of rent and utilities).

The landlord is amazing and has very consistently and quickly responded to any issues we have raised so far.
