Spacious, unfurnished room in a downtown apartment close to MacEwan; newly renovated and clean!

I am a musician and have a lot of side gigs/joe jobs and travel sometimes, so I am out of the apartment pretty regularly. I’m also pretty introverted and quiet, but would ideally like to find a roommate who wants to be friends as well - maybe another creative type? I am also really into being active (running, swimming, yoga, etc.).

I have a very sweet and friendly dog who would love to become friends with you as well, but she can also stay out of your space if you’d prefer. She has lived with other pets before, and is nervous to meet them at first, but will gladly embrace a new fur-sibling if you have one for her.
