Offering this bright and spacious basement bedroom in a 3 bedroom unit. Walking distance to the University of Windsor. Clean and quiet house. Seeking someone who matches the vibe (studies-focused, tidy and quiet). Affordable rent - only $475 all utilities included.

About the roomies

The bedroom is in the furnished basement. The basement suite has a separate entrance, shared bathroom and kitchen (with 1-2 people). Lawn mowing and snow removal is done by the owner. Peaceful quiet environment. Landlady-occupied property. No pets or overnight guests allowed. Very well maintained, laundry and wifi included. Since two bedrooms are vacant for Sept, cannot say for now who’s the roomie (still searching). The third bedroom is taken by a female grad student for 4 months, it won’t be rented after, so only two roomies will share the entire suite.
