2 PRIVATE ROOMS! Located right near Tsawwassen Mills- with close access to the ferry terminal, highway to the city. Rooms will be unfurnished at time of move in. Great for professionals/students/etc. Full 5 bedroom house, 2 rooms currently available. It would be $1034 with 4 of us, or $830 if we can find a 5th roomie. Plus utilities. House has a full kitchen, living room, backyard + patio, den as well. Just finished renovations earlier this year- so all new appliances, flooring etc!
About the roomies
We’re trying to keep an even number of women/men in the house- our other roommate had decided to move on- so we are trying to find a replacement for her. Looking for someone in their early-mid 20’s. Currently 2 men, 1 woman. There’s room in the house for 5 people (5 bedrooms!)

Me, 22, a working pilot, if you choose the downstairs bedroom you would be sharing the bathroom with me.
Adam, 22, a student who works at a nearby restaurant.
Jacob, 26, supervisor at a nearby restaurant, works with Adam. He has a cat, but she mostly stays in his room. Incredibly sweet though! If you choose upstairs bedroom- you would be sharing a bathroom with him.
