I live in a 5-split house on the sunny side of Canmore with a classic Three Sisters view that I share with my cat Ritzy and my dog Blue. I am renting portions of my house to cover the additional costs of a recent life change. I currently live in the main bedroom on the 5th floor and the room for rent is on the 3rd floor.

About me:
I love living here! All the photos of the mountains are actually taken from my upstairs balcony. As this is my home, I have done substantial work for its development to ensure that it is functional, I can enjoy and feel proud of it. So I am a very responsive landlord: if something needs fixing, it gets fixed. Finally, my 86 year old mother lives 300 m away and visits upon occasion. I also love Eurogames (I own about 100).

You enjoy and want to be in Canmore! You like pets and are willing to be careful to ensure that you don’t leave doors open (my cat is slow but still tries to escape).
