About the room
A 4 bedroom townhouse close to Bramalea City center and the Bramalea GO station. This home is a shared residance with two working professionals. Currently renting out one private large size room. This will be on the top floor of the house and you will need to be sharing the bathroom with the other residents. Short-term rental approximately 6 months, no cigarette smoking in home, possibility of extension depending on owners personal circumstances. Currently the room is partially furnished however you’re more than welcome to provide your own bed as the one in pic is used and you may not wish to use it, there is a mattress cover on the mattress. The townhouse will be shared common areas kitchen living room, bathroom. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. Shared responsibility for cleaning common areas. There are visitor parking spots in townhouse but currently no parking available at this unit.
About the roomies
We are two professionals , no children two cats. One person in the home has an autoimmune illness that involves the requirement to stay away from scented products. if you live here you’re not be able to use scented products or have them on your body while in this residence. You will have to also use low scent shampoos soaps and laundry soap to ensure the health of all individuals.
