About the room

I’m looking for a student or young professional to move into the 2 bedroom apartment I am currently renting. The available bedroom is shown in the photos. The lease will run from July 1st 2026 to April 30 2027. Total rent is $2520 per month, so I we will each pay $1260.

The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from both Dalhousie campus and the stores and restaurants on Quinpool road. It’s a cozy and private unit. We will each have a private bedroom, and share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. All expenses included except for internet and electric which we will split. Message me if you’re interested!

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
