My home is a bungalow located across the street from lake Scugog. There’s a large deck on the front that can be used to sit relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. I have about a half acre lot in a quiet community. There’s room available is on the main floor, the room has a closet as well. the washroom has a double sink vanity one side for the tenant, other for myself. The laundry is in the basement which we would shared. The kitchen is fairly large and will be shared. The main floor living room can be used for the tenant to watch tv or just relax. My room and entertainment room is located in the basement where I spend majority of my evenings. (Sorry but renting to females only, do to I have a young daughter that visits every other weekend)*

I have a daughter that’s 13, and she comes every other weekend to visit. My daughter plays hockey, so during those months usually we’re out once or twice in the weekend for that. And I spend some weekends at my parents cottage and some at my girlfriend’s house. So all and all its pretty quiet around there. I do have an indoor outdoor cat that is friendly. And a ball python that is also friendly. I don’t let him out to roam around. When I take him out he’s with me all that time.
