About the room

Hi we have 1 room available in our beautiful house close to Jericho Beach. The room is available from now to September 1st. Perfect to enjoy the summer close to the beach at a very affordable price. 4 mins walk to transit. 10 minutes from UBC. And 20mins to downtown. The house have 3 and half bathrooms. So you will only share bathroom with 1 person. Also have a patio and solarium.

About the roomies

We are a very friendly group. We are looking for someone nice and clean that can take the room for this 2 months. There’s still a small chance of extending. But that’s not quite clear just yet.
