Hello me and my roommate(female) are looking for a roommate for a short tenure until December of this year (2026). The apartment is a 3 bedroom unit, with a shared bathroom kitchen and living room. I am a grad student at Yorkuniversity. We are really chill and laid back and would appreciate someone similar. The main 2 points is noise and also cleaning after yourself. Beside that we are really chill. I am 29 year old The room is empty it is not furnished the 800 price include internet.
