Located just a 2-minute drive or a 5-minute walk from VIU, this home is in a convenient and quiet location, perfect for students or working professionals. West lake is close by and easy to access. Street parking available, internet, utilities, ocean view and backyard access.

Potentially available August or September 1st depending on when my roommate moves out.

The available room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. You’ll have a private bedroom with access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living areas.

The home is shared with one friendly, well-behaved dog, so unfortunately I can’t accommodate additional dogs. One indoor cat may be considered, provided the litter box is kept in your room.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces to help maintain a comfortable home for everyone. Please only people used to having animals and maintaining a safe space for them!

I’m 27 and currently finishing my Bachelor’s degree while working. I enjoy hiking, fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with my dog. Home is a place for me to relax, so I like to keep it clean, respectful, and fairly quiet during the week. Im pretty introverted and like to spend time in common areas but really value a peaceful home. I would love to find someone who is not judgemental and is kind hearted with good intentions. This is a safe space to relax and be yourself.

I am away a lot of the time either working, snorkelling, camping, backpacking, you name it!

I have one friendly, well-behaved large dog who loves people, he is very low energy and usually sleeps and hangs out. The guy is obsessed with cats so if you have one he’d love it. He is food motivated as most dogs are. I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, communicates well, cleans up after themselves, and is respectful of shared spaces and each other’s privacy.
