Offering a short-term roomshare in Kitsilano for the summer months. This is ideal for someone visiting Vancouver, here for FIFA events, travel, work, or just wanting a convenient home base in one of the best areas of the city.

Please note: This is a shared studio unit with me - there is no separate bedroom. We will have curtain dividers for the bedroom spaces. Looking for someone comfortable with a respectful shared living arrangement. Short-term stays only (nightly or weekly stays available). Not suitable for long-term housing.

This setup would work especially well for someone who is already comfortable travelling and staying in shared spaces, hostels, co-living arrangements, etc.

About the location:

• 5-minute walk to Kits Beach
• 10 minutes bus to downtown Vancouver
• Multiple major bus routes directly outside (4, 7, 44, 14, 2, 84 etc)
• Extremely walkable and bike-friendly area (97 walk/bike score)
• 4 grocery stores within walking distance
• Free street parking
