I have a Second bedroom + half of a spare room to share. I have a furnished living room Free parking on the street or paid parking on site. No pets. Looking for someone trustworthy, quiet, clean & has gainful employment. No drama. No kids. No pets. Maybe you need a fresh start. I’m 54 and prefer someone my age but will consider others. Nobody who is loud and obnoxious. No criminal records either.

I live in a 3-bedroom Furnished living room provided. 1 bedroom each 3rd bedroom I’ll share 50% with. That’s my office/storage. I’m 54 and NO pets. I smoke outside only. 420 friendly. No hard drugs. My current roommates will be moving out in the coming months. This should be available later this summer.
