1 room available for rent in a co-ed 3 bdrm basement with plenty of natural light and a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Private entrance to basement. Available September (mahbe earlier) Currently roomates are 2 guys. House has other occupants on main floor. Myself and another girl. All occupants are from different parts of the world. so hoping to get someone comfortable with all that.

MITACS students are welcome!

  • good location for access to downtown/UFM/MITT students or working professionals.

About the roomies

Most roomates are UfM student. I take care of the property itself and all the showings and am a full time UfM student myself. Aim is to rent to people that can get along and kinda have a mini circle/get to know new people too.
