A beautiful walkout basement in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Dartmouth. The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful neighbors, and the yard backs onto beautiful lake views. It features shared kitchen and laundry space on the main floor. I am in the process of furnishing it, and it will be ready August 1 2026. The photos are of the place currently, and all nerf and crafts will be cleared away for you to make yourself at home! Additionally, the location is near the Portland Hills bus terminal, and driveway parking is available.

I am quiet and respectful and am searching for a similar roommate to share my home.

I am a single mother with two children, aged 7 and 10, who split their time equally between my home and their father’s. I work from home Monday through Friday and enjoy gardening and maintaining the house. Please note that there are two cats in the home. I am also open to providing meals or lunches for an agreed-upon additional fee, if you are interested.

Additionally, I will be hosting an international student this fall in an upstairs bedroom. Because of this, any potential roommate must complete a criminal record check and a child abuse registry check.
