The bedrooms are available starting August 1st 2026. This is a 1-year lease.

$700 monthly rent excluding utilities which are around ($100-150 per month). The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a furnished basement. Only 2 bedrooms are available so, I am searching for 2 roommates. Private bedrooms but kitchen and living areas are shared. Located close to Harbour Landing school, an approximate 5 minute walk to the bus stop that goes directly to the university, and within walking distance to nearby amenities. Parking is available. No smoking or pets.

Students or working professionals preferred.

I am currently a student at First Nations University of Canada, studying Health Studies. I am quiet individual who tends to get extroverted when i’m comfortable.
