Large modern townhouse in great sardis areas on Evans road. the house rarely feels busy as your very large (base,ent room is two floors down from us (top floor) basement room has covered patio and walk out green space to backyard, (all yours) 2 car driveway parking, we alternate between driveway and visitor stalls. Shared 1/2 and full bath with one person, shared kitchen and living room (main floor). All bills included in rent. Looking for someone quiet, easy going, doesn’t need a tonne of storage space, 1 Vehical only. More photos to come once cleaned up. Basement room is large, with high ceilings, access to backyard and garage.

House is shared with two males 33, 36. Both quiet, outdoorsy and often out, the house rarely feels busy or full. We’re usually out hiking, otorcycle riding or travelling, while home usually studying or cooking, we like a couple beers but rarely have people over a like a mostly quite house. We like a animals and visiting cats or dogs are welcome but not full time
