The bedroom is a loft room overlooking the back of the house. It is spacious enough for a double bed. Night table, office desk and drawers. There is a small closet space and or cloths rack. The house is a 13mins walk and 4min drive from McMaster University. The home has two shared full bathrooms, a large shared kitchen and living room, also a games table in the basement. There is an extra common area as in a sun room on the back of the kitchen. This is a five bedroom house with the other rooms taken already.

The home is currently occupied by four students who will be entering their fourth year of study this September at McMaster University. They are friendly, respectful, and have established a positive and harmonious living environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a comfortable and welcoming shared accommodation. Unfortunately I can only offer it for 1 school year (9mths) as the house will be sold next spring. I have had this rental for 5yrs so far but it’s time to move on from it.
