About the room
I have a 3 bedroom townhome but live alone. There are two vacant bedrooms available. Both are furnished. The area is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. The property backs into a field with a tennis court, basketball court, track and pathways to 2 elementary schools. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement. I store some stuff there and you can too if we organize it. There’s a barbq in the backyard and there’s room to plant more in the garden. I’m clean and considerate and am looking for a roommate that is the same. The rooms comes furnished with a bed, pillows and dresser. Linens provided. There are 2 bathrooms. The one on the main floor I use for smoking in and keep the fan on all the time. The upstairs bathroom has a full bathtub with shower. I have lots of towels, so you’re welcome to use them. Same with the kitchen appliances. Just be respectful. If you break it, replace it.
About the roomies
I’m a 50+ guy living alone. I’m pretty much a home body. I enjoy cooking and watching tv and I rarely have anyone over.
