The house is a gorgeous home in a quiet Chapel hill suburb. The house has wood floors. It has a large kitchen with dishwasher, modern appliances, and loads of cupboard/pantry storage. It has a big beautiful front yard. There is a large gated backyard with a paved gazebo. It has a spacious living room with a bay window giving the space lots of light. A large storage area with an extra fridge.

The basement consists of a music studio (which can be used as common space when I’m not having lessons), a 1/2 bath, and storage. The main floor consists of the entryway, the living room, the laundry room, a 1/2 bath, a dining room, and a kitchen The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a landing with a closet

Our house is smoke free and you must be off the property if you are smoking cigarettes or cannabis.

It is a five minute walk to the 34 bus stop and a seven minute walk to the 25 bus stop.

I am a friendly, bright person. My husband keeps to himself most of the time but is a very warm person. We love to play board games.

We are animal lovers. We have two sweet indoor spayed cats.

I am a music teacher. I teach piano, viola, and violin. I work from home.

My husband is a part-time budtender and part-time student.

I don’t drink and my husband seldom does.
