Three bedroom condo. You would have your room the living room and the bathroom I would need access to the tub. We share the kitchen and dining room which I don’t use. Once in a blue moon when I had company dinner Beautiful view overlooking the Ottawa River sunsets to die for. 5 minutes from Bayshore mall, shoppers drug Mart, Andrew Hayden park, bike path, restaurants with cinema right next door. Bus is right outside the door parking available at your cost I think it’s $60. Barbecue by the pool with gazebo. , outdoor pool, gym, pool tables etc, rooftop garden beautiful view, party room in the penthouse to rent, 2 guest in the basement for rent $100 a night with TV microwave etc. men and women sauna with showers, car wash, air compressor, 2 washers and dryers on each floor $2 each. Garbage on the floor. 50 inch TV in the living room very comfortable queen size bed It’s a quiet building cement floors and walls you don’t hear anything. Not interested in teenagers or anybody that wants to party. No overnight guests. Not looking for anybody miserable feel sorry for themselves liars or thieves.

ReadI am a 65 year old woman single happy as hell. Lots of fun don’t act my age LOL. Easy to get along with unless you are one of the above type don’t bother. I have the third bedroom set up as a den I use that for my living room I have my own bathroom. I want to keep the place very organized such as the living room not stuff laying all over. When you go to bed tidy up before you do. Dishes in the dishwasher after a meal. If the dishwasher is full turn it on if it’s done unpack it if you see the garbage is full dump it as I will. I’m not looking for a lazy person that I have to keep nagging. Now my den I uses my living room it’s always upside down messy terrible but there’s a door and I can shut it and I do. Your living room is the first thing people see when they come. So if you can’t live with that this place is not for you. You can do whatever you want with your bedroom I don’t care how messy it is you can change the furniture that’s your room and nobody can see it. As far as cleaning you would have to discuss that I do it weekly. Basically dusting floors vacuum carpets and bathrooms. Now I know men don’t like cleaning that is something we could can trade off. Like my husband was anything outside I was anything inside we can figure it out
