You’ll be taking over my lease that ends August 31 with an option for renewal. High speed internet and heating is included but you’ll have to pay your own hydro (about $30/month). The building is in the heart of downtown with a <3-minute walk to a nearby grocery store and bus stops that take you to Fanshawe College or UWO in 15 minutes. The apartment has a stove, oven, and fridge. It doesn’t come with a microwave but I’ll be leaving mine behind. The building has a gym and laundry machines. Pets and service animals are allowed and there is a lot of storage in the apartment. Parking is extra. I think it’s been a great place to live but I’m leaving because I’m getting my own 2-bedroom apartment out of town.

Roommate is a chill guy in his mid 20s with a very cute cat. He’s not loud or intrusive and is pretty clean and very easy to get along with.
