About the room
I have a spacious bedroom available for rent in a clean and quiet 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. There are currently three residents living in the home, and with you, there will be a total of four occupants. Everyone is very friendly, respectful, values their privacy, and generally keeps to themselves.
Ideally located in the Finch and Leslie area of North Toronto, close to Seneca College (Newham campus), this home offers exceptional convenience and accessibility. The TTC bus stop is just steps from the front door, with direct service to both Finch and Leslie subway stations, as well as access to the 24-hour Finch bus route. A wide variety of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and shops are within a 5-minute walk. Essential services, including pharmacies, walk-in clinics, and a major hospital, are all conveniently located within a 8 - to 15-minute walk, making this an ideal location for students and working professionals alike.
Bedroom features: The room is fully furnished and includes high-speed wireless internet, a personal mini fridge, laminate flooring, and a large window that provides abundant natural light with a pleasant view of the park. Residents share two well-maintained bathrooms. For added convenience, complimentary weekly floor cleaning by a robotic vacuum and mop is available if desired.
House amenities: Residents have access to on-site laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private backyard. For added comfort and convenience, the common area floors are cleaned daily, and the shared washrooms are cleaned twice daily.
Everything is included in the rent: All utilities (heat, hydro, water), high-speed internet and laundry room. Air-conditioned rooms during the hot summer days.
To keep the home and shared spaces respectful of everyone, the house is:
- Smoke and drug-free of any kind in the house,
- Single persons only.
- To ensure the comfort, privacy, and security of all residents, overnight guests and sleepovers are not permitted.
- LGBT+ friendly.
- Light cooking preferred (no heavy frying or pungent food) to maintain an air fresh pleasant shared environment.
- No parking spot except the visitor parking area daytime.
Rent is for 12 months minimum rent. Price non-negotiable. Proof of income or education is required. References and first/last month’s rent upon signing.
