I live in apartment above and always there for any emergency. I have been a Mother/Grandmother figure for a lot of my tenants over the years available when you need someone to talk to or even a shoulder to cry on. There are two others that share the apartment one is a sweet 23 year old from India in her 3rd year university and she also works. There other is a very friendly mature lady who has been here for 13 years. They are both very nice ,honest and friendly and would love a friendly outgoing female roommate for long term or minimum of a year lease
