Hi everyone 🤗 A room is opening up on August 1st at 159 Dundas Street East! - $1,390 all-inclusive, rent control.

• I’m looking for 1 person (woman preferred but open for a man)
• with a job, or student with job and garants.-🌸 Proof of income required.
• It’s the master bedroom (bathroom + bedroom + balcony),
• My roommate can sell her bed for 100$ (without mattress), open for negotiation.

The apartment is bright,

• 6 minutes away from the TMU subway line 1/ TMU Station/ Sankofa Square / Eaton Center
• 30 seconds from the streetcar (the stop is right across from the entrance—it’s a lifesaver when it rains 😁👌). Utilities included (electricity, water, heat…) Washer and dryer in the apartment.

✨ Perks:

• heated pool in the summer, BBQ, gym.
• I’ll be away from July 30 to August 3, so you’ll have plenty of time to move in and settle in.

🥦 Cons:

• You’ll need to smoke on the living room balcony since I don’t smoke.
• I’m not a fan of dogs.

I’m a woman and a worker and I’m away all day from 8 to 6pm. I am a quiet and artistic person, my desk is in the living room because my room is not enough large (it’s a den). I am not the tenant or the landlord, both of our names will be on the lease.
