About the room

We are looking for a roommate to join our 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Oxford Street! The lease will run from September 2026 to September 2027, with a mid-August move-in available.

The rent is $725/month with wi-fi and electricity extra. We have a dishwasher, washer, and dryer in-unit.

The location is excellent: close to Quinnpool Rd with access to grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants just minutes away. Dalhousie University is just a 20-minute walk away, and the 1, 24, and 9 bus stops are just steps away.
