this is a 3 bed 1 bath apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with 6 units in total. utilities are included in the price, and wifi is an extra $14 split between the 4 of us (there is a couple staying in one of the rooms, so there are 3 other people living in the apartment). coin laundry (washer and dryer) is available in the basement, and there is a juliet balcony next to the front door of the apartment!

street parking is available, or you can possibly arrange parking in the back of the building if you ask the landlord (we haven’t needed it, so i don’t know the details). the apartment has two entrances; one in the front of the unit, and one in the back of the unit that leads to the back alleyway

move-in date is flexible; my term is up at the end of august but i’ll be moving into my new apartment on august 1st. send me a message and we can arrange something!

i’m listing my room in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment since i’ll be moving into my own apartment! my current roommates will be staying, so you’ll just be taking over me 😁

there are 2 other rooms, with one couple living in one of the rooms (so you’ll be sharing the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with 3 other people). the roommate in the room next to mine is a male in his mid-20s, and the couple in the room next to the living room are a female and male in their 20s as well! everyone is super friendly and accommodating; i’ve been living with them for one year so i can answer any questions you have!
