This is a fully furnished bedroom in the separate all-girls basement suite. It has a bathroom and kitchen shared between 2-3 girls, mostly by two ladies. Plenty of sun light enters the suite. The house vibe is quiet. And we welcome someone who’s studious and keeps the noise level low, while keeping the unit clean and organized. No pets, no parties and definitely no overnight guests (limited day time visitors). This is a landlady-occupied property with student room rentals. Everyone’s comfort and privacy matters. We had graduate students, engineering, med and law school students at this property over the years.
