Seeking a serious student or a young working professional to join as a roommate in the house on Campbell, 10 min walking distance to the University of Windsor. $440/month all utilities included (hydro capped at $200/month and overages are equally split, if any). This is a fully furnished bedroom in the separate basement suite. It has a bathroom and kitchen shared between 2-3 roomies. Currently, girls reside there. But we are open to the mix of boys/girls if it’s a right vibe. Plenty of sun light enters the suite. The house is quiet (for focused work). And we welcome someone who’s studious and keeps the noise level low, while keeping the unit clean and organized. No pets, no parties, and definitely no overnight guests (limited day time visitors). This is a landlady-occupied property with student room rentals. Everyone’s comfort and privacy matters. We had graduate students, engineering, med and law school students at this property over the years.
