I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible female roommate to rent a bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building in Central Lonsdale area—just 1 block from the bus and 2 blocks from Lonsdale Avenue. Close to shops, restaurants, library, and very convenient for transit.

About the home: Private bedroom in a large, comfortable apartment Shared kitchen and bathroom Calm, respectful, and clean living environment (not a party space)

What I’m looking for: Someone clean and tidy who naturally keeps shared spaces neat Respectful of personal space and belongings Comfortable with shared responsibility for cleaning common areas Financially responsible (rent + 50/50 utilities and shared household supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) Values a calm, quiet, and respectful home environment No smoking

Additional info: I may be open to a cat for the right roommate (to be discussed)
