I will be using a lease from the Tribunal administratif du logement, which is mandatory in Quebec. Lease is from September-April (8 months), so it’s ideal for students and anyone who works or goes to school in Ottawa or Gatineau. There is a possibility to rent for a full year, if this is agreed upon by both parties in March. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. All utilities are included. Bus stops are very close and there are two buses that go straight to the Rideau Centre and O-train. If parking is needed, there is free parking nearby. This is a clean, safe, and peaceful condo in lovely Aylmer, Gatineau, and I’m seeking a female roommate who values the same. (No couples or children please). This is also a drug-free home in a condo with a smoke-free policy. Best for a someone who prefers privacy. My two cats will be kept out of the bedrooms for rent and stay in other parts of my condo.
